How Do I Tell If I Have Allergies Or Vasomotor Rhinitis?

Every April to October I get bizarre nasal problems. I get a stuffy nose, loss of appetite, severe fatigue and severe dizziness/mental fogginess. I do not have any sneezing, watery eyes or runny nose (classic allergy symptoms) and do not respond to antihistamines. I had allergy shots done. The first round was negative. On the second round (the shots that go in deeper) I was allergic to mold. One allergist told me the first round is more reliable than the second round and that my symptoms sound more like vasomotor rhinitis than allergies. He said the second round of shots can be inaccurate. I don’t know who to believe anymore. My symptoms are so bizarre. The dizziness and mental fogginess is so severe that I can barely concentrate at work.

If You Have Chronic Asthma You Need A Good Chronic Asthma Treatment Plan

A three part chronic asthma treatment plan is an effective way to control and even eliminate your chronic asthma symptoms. Since this type of asthma is the most debilitating form of asthma, you need a plan to get it under control. With chronic asthma you have almost constant asthma symptoms, frequent asthma attacks, and your life revolves feeling miserable most of the time.

A chronic asthma treatment plan should include reducing your asthma signs and symptoms, identifying and avoiding your asthma triggers, healing and improving your respiratory system, minimizing the side effects of your prescription medications, and curing your asthma.

Unfortunately, many people with chronic asthma have not put together an effective chronic asthma treatment plan. I believe it is because the mainstream medical community wants to get you on prescription drugs and have you stay there. With the billions of dollars being spent on prescription asthma medications every year, why would the drug companies want you to be cured?

An effective chronic asthma treatment plan has the following three parts:

1. It Is Extremely Important To Figure Out What Your Asthma Triggers Are – since your asthma symptoms are caused by you coming in contact with one or more of your asthma triggers, you have to stay away from them. Asthma triggers is just the fancy name given to those things that cause you to have your asthma symptoms. If you don’t know what your asthma triggers are you must find out.

2. Regulate Your Prescription Asthma Medications – Work with your doctor to ensure that you are taking the best prescription medication for your particular situation. Getting the proper dosage is also very important. Your prescription meds will probably need to be adjusted as your exposure to your asthma triggers changes. The wrong dose and the drugs won’t be as effective. You also don’t want to be taking more than is required because that increases the likelihood of those nasty and sometimes dangerous side effects that all prescription medications have.

3. Begin a Natural Asthma Treatment or Cure – in case you weren’t aware, your prescription asthma medications will not cure your asthma. What they try to do is control your asthma symptoms. That means that you will have to take them for the rest of your life. Even if there were no dangerous side effects (which there are) and they actually worked very well (which they don’t), that is still not a good reason to take them for the rest of your life?

There are many natural asthma treatments and cures available that will greatly reduce your asthma symptoms and in many cases completely eliminate them for ever. This is accomplished while healing and strengthening your respiratory and immune systems and without any dangerous side effects.

Once you put together an effective chronic asthma treatment plan you will see the quality of your life improve to the point that you can begin living normally again. You will spend less and less time with your emergency inhaler until you find that you don’t even need it anymore.

Bob Hughes is an expert in the field of asthma. He has a website devoted to all kinds of asthma information including Chronic Asthma Treatment .
