If You Have Chronic Asthma You Need A Good Chronic Asthma Treatment Plan

A three part chronic asthma treatment plan is an effective way to control and even eliminate your chronic asthma symptoms. Since this type of asthma is the most debilitating form of asthma, you need a plan to get it under control. With chronic asthma you have almost constant asthma symptoms, frequent asthma attacks, and your life revolves feeling miserable most of the time.

A chronic asthma treatment plan should include reducing your asthma signs and symptoms, identifying and avoiding your asthma triggers, healing and improving your respiratory system, minimizing the side effects of your prescription medications, and curing your asthma.

Unfortunately, many people with chronic asthma have not put together an effective chronic asthma treatment plan. I believe it is because the mainstream medical community wants to get you on prescription drugs and have you stay there. With the billions of dollars being spent on prescription asthma medications every year, why would the drug companies want you to be cured?

An effective chronic asthma treatment plan has the following three parts:

1. It Is Extremely Important To Figure Out What Your Asthma Triggers Are – since your asthma symptoms are caused by you coming in contact with one or more of your asthma triggers, you have to stay away from them. Asthma triggers is just the fancy name given to those things that cause you to have your asthma symptoms. If you don’t know what your asthma triggers are you must find out.

2. Regulate Your Prescription Asthma Medications – Work with your doctor to ensure that you are taking the best prescription medication for your particular situation. Getting the proper dosage is also very important. Your prescription meds will probably need to be adjusted as your exposure to your asthma triggers changes. The wrong dose and the drugs won’t be as effective. You also don’t want to be taking more than is required because that increases the likelihood of those nasty and sometimes dangerous side effects that all prescription medications have.

3. Begin a Natural Asthma Treatment or Cure – in case you weren’t aware, your prescription asthma medications will not cure your asthma. What they try to do is control your asthma symptoms. That means that you will have to take them for the rest of your life. Even if there were no dangerous side effects (which there are) and they actually worked very well (which they don’t), that is still not a good reason to take them for the rest of your life?

There are many natural asthma treatments and cures available that will greatly reduce your asthma symptoms and in many cases completely eliminate them for ever. This is accomplished while healing and strengthening your respiratory and immune systems and without any dangerous side effects.

Once you put together an effective chronic asthma treatment plan you will see the quality of your life improve to the point that you can begin living normally again. You will spend less and less time with your emergency inhaler until you find that you don’t even need it anymore.

Do You Need To Know The Importance Of An Asthma Drug?

People who are suffering from asthma are relying not only from alternative asthma treatment therapy, but also on approved drugs by the Food & Drug Administration of USA (FDA).

Asthma drugs are used in the U. S. by approximately 10% of the population who suffer with this illness. Internationally, as well in the industrialized countries, an approximate 10% are registered to suffer and use an asthma drug.

What is asthma?

Hyperactive airway disease is known as asthma; it is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways. This inflammation causes recurrent episodes of wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness and coughing mostly at night or early in the morning.

Asthma symptoms patterns can vary as follows:

* perennial versus seasonal
* continual versus episodic
* duration, severity and frequency

Aggravating factors:

* allergens
* occupation
* medications
* exercise

Treatment and an asthma drug

Medications used for asthma are usually divided into two categories: quick relief and long term control.

A quick relief asthma drug is used to treat acute attacks where as long-term asthma drug is used in a step by step plan out lined by the doctor. The newest asthma drug is omalizumab or xolair.

This drug reduces mediator release which in turn promotes an allergic response. This asthma drug is recommended for moderate to severe asthma patients.

There are a number of asthma medications on the market for each case type. An asthma drug just like any other medication should not be taken without the supervision of a qualified doctor.

Most asthma medications work by relaxing bronchospasm or reducing inflammation. When treating asthma usually inhaled medication is preferred over the tablet or a liquid asthma drug.

Inhaled medications act directly in the airway surface and muscle where the problems initiate. In old days adrenaline was used as an asthma drug; adrenaline worked as a rapid onset in opening airways unfortunately, adrenaline has many other serious side effects.

Asthma myths

* Asthma is all in the mind.
* Asthma can be cured and therefore not serious.
* Asthma is contagious.
* Moving to a desert will cure asthma
* People with asthma should nit exercise.
* Asthma drug is habit forming
* Asthma does not require medical treatment

While all of the above all false asthma still remains a fact which is painfully present in our lives creating more and more victims everyday. Asthma is a serious illness which needs constant care and supervision at all times. While medications can suppress it asthma given at the right time asthma itself has no cure, it is a disease one has to live with for the rest of their life.

Therefore it is important to know that asthma treatment with or without drugs will either give you more problems or more solutions to your life. Be the well-informed one, not the ignorant one.

Need Remedy For Hives? Read This

Well, if you are one of the unfortunates like me, you’ve been looking for a remedy for hives for a while now. We’re not alone–about 20% of the population is prone to getting hives at some point. Some people, of course, also have chronic hives–they just keep getting them all the time. In my quest for a viable remedy for hives–as opposed to “just living with it”–I’ve been studying what brings on hives. There are two kinds of hives, as it turns out. The kind that we commonly call “hives” is urticaria.

But there is also angioedema. This is the when the hive-like inflammation happens underneath your skin. Not in the upper skin layer – dermis. This second kind is potentially more harmful. In fact, although it’s quite rare, angioedema can kill you if it occurs in your throat and cuts off your air passageway. It is often a case to treat it as a medical emergency.Hives occur when blood plasma begins leaking out of your blood vessels in the presence of histamine–yes, that same chemical that brings on seasonal allergies symptoms in people.Of course, as you might know already (sadly for you), hives can cause itching but also burning or stinging sensations. It’s like suddenly getting the chicken pox–but of course, we get them again and again (the hives, that is).

They can appear just about anywhere on your body (this is the urticaria) and size-wise they can be anywhere from the size of an acne pimple to absolutely huge like a food plate. They might last for hours or they might last for many days before eventually fading out.With angioedema, there’s really bad swelling. This is usually around the eyes, throat, genitals, lips, hands, and feet. Usually this will linger longer than the urticaria most of the time, but the swelling itself usually begins to fade within one day. This is the affliction that, however rarely, does run the possibility of getting into your lungs, throat, or inner mouth (including making the tongue swell), so that you have a life-threatening situation. So, I’ve wanted a remedy for hives symptoms because they are just a miserable experience. And, I think I have stumbled upon it at last. I found this herbal manufacturer.They sell a product called OxyHives. OxyHives is an all-natural, homeopathic remedy for hives. It’s not a synthetic drug with wicked side effects. It’s not a mere pacifier for you to use when hives attack to make them fade as soon as possible. It is a true remedy, a cure for symptoms and a preventive measure. Homeopathy works by subjecting the body to a very small amount of a substance which, in greater levels of exposure, can harm you. The small amount of exposure is not enough to affect you, but it does trigger a change in the body–and this change soon becomes powerful enough that the full exposure to the substance (histamines, with hives) is no longer able to harm you, either. Homeopathy is nothing new; it has been around for a few hundred years now. It is tried and true. So, your remedy for hives may very well be the homeopathic treatment of OxyHives.

Terry’s Suggestion: Learn more about OxyHives now – the alternative remedy for hives that may help you stop hives symptoms – quickly.
